As a banker I've dealt with many of realtors in the past 10+ years. I've worked with Chris to both buy and sell a property and wouldn't dream of using or recommending another realtor. Chris has a calm demeanor, is experienced at navigating challenging negotiations and empowers his clients to make decisions confidently. I temporarily relocated with my employer and Chris helped my girlfriend confidently make the majority of decisions for the sale of our house while I was absent (this included negotiating during a multiple offer situation). Getting multiple offers shows the strength of Chris's price determination, marketing and presentation but successfully negotiating a final offer shows how he's a master at all aspects of a property transaction. My favorite part about dealing with Chris is his strong communication skills. I was confident I could ask him questions at any time and he would provide a thorough response. We'll be buying another property soon and Chris will be our realtor again.
