Chris listed our family home. We knew it would be popular but little did we know the level of interest it would generate. Thankfully Chris was there to manage the chaos of booking back to back showings, calmly managing multiple offers, and not to mention handling the disappointment of those who were too late. Being on well and septic requires additional inspections and a longer than normal conditional period.
