I am the buyer where Christian represented the seller. To say he was “out of pocket” and unresponsive is kind. He completely didn’t respond to any of my realtors requests. He allowed the seller to misrepresent the condition of their home and he made no effort to make the situation right. Things that a buyer takes for granted such as ease of transition were completely disregarded and ignored. For example. I wasn’t left a mailbox key. I wasn’t left a garage remote. The dishwasher and washing machine were not in working condition to the extent of when the inspection was done. As a buyer and seller of numerous homes in multiple states I can i unequivocally urge you NOT to ever work with this realtor nor anyone associated with him. Don’t let him represent you and don’t buy from him. He lacks ethics and integrity and he represents sellers who lack the same standards. When making the purchase of your largest asset, do not trust this person If it were possible to give negative or zero stars, he absolutely earned the marks.

Reply: This person was not my client, I never talked to her or interacted with her. She was represented by her own realtor. She had the place inspected and had a final walk-through the day before closing. Her realtor communicated with me that she was unhappy after closing. Her realtor and I worked together to address the issue. We approached the seller (my clients) about it. My clients kindly wrote her a check, when they had no obligation to do so. But because this process took about a week this person got inpatient and wrote this bad review, while her realtor, my clients and myself were working on a solution which lead to her getting a check from the seller. - Christian Moulin
