Christine was very knowledgeable. I’ve looked for a property outside Toronto. She observed every request I have made regarding what I was looking for and supplied addresses to go explore. She gave useful advice based on the features of each viewed property and was great at pointing out not only the benefits but also detrimental qualities that I wasn’t considering. Some places that really appealed to me, she was quick to point out various things to consider before making an offer. I would characterize her as protective when it comes to ensuring that her buyers don’t walk into something they might regret later. Experienced and fully familiar with the areas she covers. When you’re looking for a new agent, don’t hesitate, all green lights with this lady. Thanks Christine!
