Here’s some, probably not all, of the specifics: • Christopher curated and sent me the listings for properties   based upon what I wanted.   It  was efficient and meant I was not looking at places I wasn’t interested in or  outside my price range. • He was always accessible by phone and email. • He kept me informed about  developments and  answered all my questions. • Once I found the right place,  Christopher arranged a property inspection and provided me names of lawyers, as well as contacted my chosen one to set up my file. • He called the  property manager of my home for some needed information. • And even when I asked to do something not often done in his real estate world, a pre possession day check of the property, he made it happen. • On possession day he even carried a bunch of boxes and belongings from my car to my new home. I enjoyed having Christopher’s  knowledge, experience and dedication during this largely foreign journey of home purchasing. And now I am in the precisely right property for me in an amazing location, thanks to Chris and his expertise.
