A coat of paint where really bad colours were used would pay for itself over and over. Photos of one of his listings included the treadmill in the living room as the most prominent thing. Common sense would say that an experienced realtor would know better. Just because you are not a designer does not mean you cant see how bad paint and photos of workout equipment in the living room do not show well.
