I would highly recommend Cindy as an agent for anyone. It was obvious the whole time I was searching for a property that Cindy has a great knowledge of the Tri-Cities real estate market. She was always able to answer any questions I had, and even provided insights on things I didn't realize I wanted to know until she brought it up. After my final inspection, she reached out to the sellers to make sure that the place had a full cleaning before closing, and even personally oversaw that a plumbing issue was taken care of, prior to my possession and at no cost to me.
