Choosing Cindy as my realtor was one of the best decisions I've ever made!!! My tenants had trashed my house and i was looking to sell. Cindy came in and walked through the mess. She ended up giving me different ideas for each room. She went above and beyond and sent me a list of different places to go for materials, even down to the cheapest place to get cupboard door handles. Being that i don't live in the province i had a time line to finish the renovation. First thing Cindy said to me is "If you get overwhelmed don't worry just call me and i will have someone over to help you". Through out the entire renovation Cindy was always available to stop by or to talk on the phone if plans needed to be changed. Even when my landscaper pulled a no show Cindy got on the phone and had a landscaping company at my house the next day to finish the project.Very impressive considering it was spring and i tried 10+ companies. Once the house was complete she had the house staged the next day. Im very thankful i trusted Cindy with going ahead with the staging. Two days on the market and my house sold far above asking price.If it wasn't for putting my trust into Cindy i know i wouldn't have accomplished nearly as much as i did. Cindy DaCosta is by far the best realtor out there. She will exceed all your expectations and she won't settle for anything less.
