Cindy and her team are amazing! No other word for it. Absolutely outstanding. Our situation was especially challenging in that we were selling, from afar, the house for an elderly family member who was not well and who had resided in the house for over 50 years. As we lived in another city a good one and a half hours away we could only make the trip to sort, clear and pack once a week. But Cindy transformed what was for us an overwhelming situation, both emotionally and logistically, into a manageable step-wise process. Every week, after we sorted, she and her team would remove whatever we could not or did not want to take. And there was lots!! She also always made herself available, responding to any messages promptly. We kept saying “she is too good to be true!” As well, her years of experience have given her an intuitive psychological insight into what this move meant for our family member and what it meant for us and because of that she was able to offer insightful support and advice for which we will always be deeply grateful. When we were too far away to do so, she would even reach out to our family member, checking up on his well-being, making her seem more like a family member than a realtor! The house went on the market over Christmas and the New Year, not optimal times for putting a house on the market, and also at a time when the market was down, but again, with her expertise she was able to sell it for a price we were extremely happy with and in record time. Without her expertise and support I truly believe we would have run aground. She and her team were a godsend. She truly helped us every step of the way!!
