Cindy was unresponsive and difficult to deal with during my tenancy. When I moved out she tried to steal my deposit, claiming she had accidentally undercharged me for rent. Having no legal grounds to charge me at this point, she tried to guilt me into letting her keep the deposit, saying things like "Please, I'm just a small business". After I refused, she did not return the deposit and stopped replying to me entirely. I was forced to file with the Office of Residential Tenancies and am now awaiting the hearing. STAY AWAY FROM CINDY SAVINO.

I hope this message clarifies some of the misunderstandings regarding your recent stay. The information you provided is not entirely accurate. During your stay, the only request that was made was to ask you to move the mattress and box spring from the living room back into the bedroom. At that time it was noted that the toilet needed repair which was repaired promptly. There were three light bulbs that were replaced at the end of your stay as well. Regarding the deposit, it was returned on January 10, in accordance with the agreement. If you have any further questions or require additional assistance, feel free to reach out via email or telephone.
