These are some of the experiences I had with the realtor:
1. I received feedback for a property that was not mine. It begs the question, where has my feedback been sent. This was unacceptable, because it breeches confidentiality.
2. The realtor booked a showing at 10:00 with a realtor on a Saturday and booked the showing with me for Sunday. This caused a lot of confusion. Not acceptable,I could have been asleep or in the shower.
3. The realtor called me at 9:42 to advise me that he had booked a showing for 10:00 a.m. the evening before and forgot to share this information with me.
4. I emailed a request to review 2 properties. As there was no response, I followed up on two days later. He replied that he did not know I wanted to view the properties.
