Claudio is a very knowledgeable person and very easy to work with. He puts a lot of effort into making sure you find the perfect home and it's evident that he cares a lot. When we were finding a house, he would come prepared with all of the houses and their information printed out, while also memorizing all of the information. Whenever there was scheduling conflicts, he would quickly resolve them while still ensuring that we can see the houses that we wanted. After a few weeks of house hunting, we finally decided on a house and were able to secure a firm deal thanks to Claudio!
