Cody was amazing to deal with from showing the home to negations. He was very helpful from start to finish making sure we were taken care of. We didn’t think there was going to be much negotiation on a new build but Cody made it happen. Thanx to Cody we are moving into our dream home we couldn’t be more excited and we will be recommending him to everyone we know!
