Cody is the best agent we ever had! In 2018 we decided to downsize and Cody came and after some discussion and information we confirmed a price. Julie came later in the day and gave some displaying advice and took pictures. That afternoon our place was listed, (I never knew our place looked that good. She brought out the best). A viewing was held during dinner hour and an offer was received and accepted by 9:00 pm the evening for sightly more than the asking price.
Then began our search. Although we had done some research on our own the properties we expected to like after viewing we didn't. It seamed like every day Cody sent us something new. Then one evening he called at 6 and said I think I just received a listing that will be to your liking and at a price you can afford. Also, the location is great for you. It does need some work. Can you come now to view this property? It will go quickly and tomorrow morning others will be looking at it.
Although it needed a lot of work it had more amenities than we ever dreamed we could afford. We made an offer that evening and it was accepted. Less than 2 1/2 months from the date our place sold we were fixing our, new to us, condo.
