That note in itself was most helpful, giving me and immediate contact when the time came. There was so much with which to deal, when Mom had to go to a nursing home in Ottawa. In addition of course to regular visits to her, I also had to stage the house for sale. And, from the moment we had our first meeting, everything fit in place. You were absolutely prepared and professional explaining the process and describing all that I needed to do. Part of the glitch was that I live a good distance from Ottawa. Even that did not hinder getting the work done, via email. The house having sold in two days meant, it has been an extremely busy, detailed experience, but one which was less stressful because you were always available, for questions and suggestions, when I asked.
