I have a lot to say about Cody's ability as a realtor. Immediately professional but easily rateable. He does the work to be knowledgeable in the current relevant market. Never made us feel like we were wasting his time. Was quick to get us viewings when we requested any. Went to bat for us and sold the seller on our bid. I can't say anything negative about our experience. He was an excellent agent.
