My experience with Colette over multiple transactions started off on a positive note, but unfortunately ended with disappointment. While she initially appeared responsive, I encountered several instances where I felt my concerns as a client were not taken seriously and my interests as a landlord were not prioritized.
There were repeated communication issues, including conflicting information, lack of transparency around offers, and responses that felt dismissive or unprofessional — especially when I tried to raise legitimate questions. At times, I even received messages that came across as mocking, which was extremely discouraging after years of working together.
What’s more disappointing is that when I raised my concerns through the proper channels, the response felt more defensive than reflective. Instead of accountability or genuine resolution, I was met with excuses and deflection.
Trust and professionalism are critical in real estate relationships, and sadly, I no longer feel either is present here. I have since escalated the matter to RECO for formal review, as I believe clients deserve to be treated with respect and transparency — especially when they are the ones paying for the service.

Hi Mriana, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m genuinely sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our most recent transaction. Over the past few years, I’ve appreciated the opportunity to assist you and Sobhi on several occasions, and I truly valued the trust you placed in me throughout.
Building strong relationships and communicating clearly have always been priorities in my work, and I’m proud that this is consistently reflected in the feedback I receive. While I don’t share the same perspective on how events unfolded, I recognize that expectations can vary and that misunderstandings can occur. My intention has always been to act in your best interest and provide honest, timely, and respectful guidance.
I respect your decision to escalate your concerns to both my brokerage and RECO and welcome a fair and impartial review of the situation. In the meantime, I remain focused on serving all my clients with the integrity and care that have guided my work throughout my career.
Wishing you the very best,
Colette Cooper
