Colin knew the whole island really well and gave us loads of pertinent local advice. He drove around with us for a few days to give us a real feel for the whole area and the market. We lived far away so he followed up long distance and went above and beyond by setting up inspectors, painters, carpet cleaners and a rental agent. He is super friendly and helpful.
