Thank you for helping with the transition moving from the mainland to stunningly beautiful Comox Valley. Originally I thought I was going to invest in an investment property in Parksville. Colin was determined to help find that home. I was very close to purchasing a brand new townhouse in 2020, however, the pandemic (covid) was still going on...the timing felt a little off. A year later instead of investing in a second home I decided to simplify my life and sell my townhouse in Langley. Who knew there would be a real estate frenzy! Homes were being sold in 1 day time! Colin was patient to show me homes outside his district of Nanoose Bay. I was now searching in the Comox Valley (new job opportunity). He helped get me in touch with Robin Phillip who works and lives closer to this area. After losing on 5 offers, we kept up the faith! I decided to put a deposit on a new build - time frame wait of around 8 months. "Slow and steady wins the race, right?" I've been enjoying my new home now since September of 2022. I have an ocean view in the distance where I see the gorgeous mountains & ocean. God Bless
