TLDR Book Colin as an agent YESTERDAY if you want an agent who: -cares, isnt pushy, and quite honest -seemingly has "a guy/gal" for anything related to real estate -goes above and beyond My wife and I have been looking for a home for quite some time and have been disappointed again and again by the real estate agent stereotype (if you're at the point in your househunting where you're reading this, you already know exactly what im talking about). We had basically given up on finding a GOOD real estate agent and had resigned ourselves to interacting with them as little as possible, UNTIL Colin showed up. Simply put, he is exactly who you would want to handle your house hunting or selling needs. He is kind, caring, very knowledgeable, and has surrounded himself with all the like-minded professionals that one might need when finalizing or closing on a house. Colin has gone above and beyond the scope of bare minimum. We will absolutely be hiring Colin again once we decide to sell this house, and it would be downright negligent of you to not hire him after reading this.
