We looked for houses with Colin when we wanted to move back into the city. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He pointed out issues that would be dealbreakers. We found him to be very relaxed with giving us time and space to make decisions and look around while also being incredibly punctual and responsible on his end. Ultimately we ended up buying via private sale and they were unwilling to work with an agent. He was very respectful and courteous about it given he had spent hours with us already up to that point. We ended up hiring him for a market evaluation on a different house and won’t hesitate to hire him for any future purchases or when we sell our home.
