If I could give ten stars I would. We went into our home search on a whim and with very little information on how a first home purchase works. We had tried to explore previously and had been so put off by predatory agents we worked with that we stopped looking. Collin was incredibly kind, right from the start. We instantly felt comfortable, supported, and so cared for when we met Collin. Every step of the way, he made sure he was looking out for our interests. When our initial funding didn’t come through because of a variety of roadblocks, Collin worked tirelessly to help us find a different solution. He was an endless well of trusted recommendations, and every person we interacted with through his recommendation was just as kind, warm, and caring as him. Even though Collin represented both us and the sellers, there was no point where I felt that my interests were not at the forefront of his mind. He responded to all our messages with joy, kindness, and understanding, even when we ranted tirelessly about our mortgage broker. When the sale was successful, Collin was incredibly happy, almost as happy as us. We would not have been able to make this work without him tirelessly advocating for us and troubleshooting every situation. I cannot recommend him enough - to anyone, but most especially to awkward/neurodivergent first time buyers who don’t know who they can trust.
