Colleen did a wonderful job to help me purchase my first home . As I was pretty green in the field of real estate she patiently explained to my mom and I ( several times) all the steps we had to take to purchase my first home. She is very intuitive and understood immediately what my style was and my price range . And she worked extremely hard to find me a place I am proud of . She as a great personality and is down to earth . I hope that I stay in touch with Colleen. And if not ,when I am ready to sell ,I know she will be my first call.
