Colton handled a purchase and a sale for us me. He worked extremely hard to complete the purchase as there was little time available. I did not become aware of the listing until very close to when offers would be opened but he showed the home, explained things I was not sure about and got the deal done in time. He had my home staged, advertised, and held two days of open house. It sold for above asking (for the price I had in mind) in about one week. He stayed in touch and kept me informed all along the way. I will use Colton again if making another real estate deal. I am happy to recommend him to anyone in need of an agent
