Was very impressed with how Colton and team handled the sale of our childhood home at every step of the way. The staging made it look absolutely amazing ("is this the same house??"), marketing videos were great, and it had a ton of traffic during the open house. Colton definitely knows the market, and was bang-on with his suggested listing price.
