Just got finished up with purchasing my first home through Colton, and it was a pleasure dealing with him. It took about 9 months to get something that was perfect for me, and I never felt rushed, or pressured by him. Colton must have been to at least 15 different houses with me that just weren't the right fit, answered any questions I had, and dealt with my pickiness through the whole process. He then got me the detached house I wanted for 20k under asking! I think this was the first detached house under 500k that did not sell for 20k+ over asking in the entry level market. 100% would recommend Colton to my friends and family.
