Colton did a great job, once again, of serving our best interests. We listed our condo with him just prior to social distancing measures being rolled out by various levels of government. This resulted in us cancelling our scheduled open house showings a couple of days prior to the date(s). That being said, we still had a number of showings and were ultimately able to secure a buyer with quick closing and closed considerably over asking. Colton was a pleasure to work with and I will continue to use him for any real estate needs in the future.
