My siblings and I were selling our family home. Due to the pandemic and other circumstances, we had delayed in listing the house. I met with several realtors and received their opinions. One of my siblings had worked with a GTA realtor who gave Colton the highest recommendation, and based on that, I met with him. Colton presented a coherent and reasoned strategy on how to best present the house. I was impressed with the promotional materials he had created for some of his previous listings. One of the other realtors I had consulted had urged me to clear the house completely and present it as a "blank canvas." Part of Colton's strategy was not to do this, but instead to stage the house. The day after the listing was posted, we received an offer $125 000 above asking, which we accepted the following morning.
