I would highly recommend Colton if you're looking for a realtor. As a first time home buyer, I was not very knowledgeable about the whole process. Colton made it so simple and easy. Before we started looking at listings, we told him all the things that we wanted in our first home while meeting our budget. Fast forward to 1 week later after the first meeting with him, he found us the perfect home that is well within our budget. He definitely exceeded our expectations.
