"We decided to list our house in Lake Country. We knew our house had several challenges and would be difficult to sell. Our house backed onto a busy highway 97, it only had one bathroom, it was 70 years old, the kitchen is very tiny and to top it off, we wanted to include all furniture in the sale of the home. We interviewed 2 realtors. The first wanted to list below $400k and only wanted to put up one For Sale Sign. We then spoke to Colton who asked what we wanted. He agreed to list well above $400K and agreed to put up two For Sale Signs – one on the front of the property and one on the back highway – which was important to us. Colton took professional pictures, did a professional video walkthrough, made us professional information sheets and listed us on several websites. He kept everything up to date and when we lost hope, he gave us confidence a buyer was coming. We had 30 showings and Colton followed up with each one for any feedback. Colton gave us great advice on what renovations (if any) we should do and when a price drop would be most effective. When we got an offer, Colton gave us advice on what to ask/counter and we got a sale within a couple of days. He worked with us from 8am to 10pm on occasion and we got everything we wanted from this sale. I firmly believe if Colton could sell our house – with all the challenges our house had, he could sell ANY house. We are grateful for the work Colton did on selling our home.
