Last year we looked on our own for a place on Manitoulin and were not able to find anything. Because of Covid, we went to our trailer early and met Connie while sitting social distanced around our campfire. She said that she would help us this year and she did beyond our wildest dreams. She asked the usual questions, what we wanted, our price range and were we wanted to be. When we could not find anything reasonable on the Island she mentioned all the communities in the area and started to look for us. After looking at several with issues we changed our style and our amount. Of all the homes that we looked at, her primary concern was for us. Moving up from Central Ontario, there were different issues and she informed us how to deal with all the issues. After several heart breakers she was constantly looking and found the place we have now. By the end of the day that it was listed, it was ours. She is very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and procedures on buying properties. She worked tirelessly to fulfill our dreams. This is not our first house purchased, and of all the real estate people that we have dealt with, she has been the best. Most important we trust her.
