My experience with Corey Sylvester
My husband and myself did not want to settle with one realtor because we didn't really trust realtors in general. We decided that we would choose to deal with whichever realtor was selling the house we wanted to buy, we were even going to sell our previous house by ourselves.
I had met many other realtors before Corey and as expected they all seemed greasy to me, just out to make a buck and would say anything to get my money. Then, we met Corey. He was super friendly and pointed out the goods and bads of the house we were looking at. He was super genuine and not pushy at all. I HATE pushy sales people.
My husband and myself went home and I asked him if he had liked Corey, and he agreed that he was a really nice guy that seemed like someone we would be able to deal with on a long term basis.
I found another house I was interested and called him to see if we could see that, he was very quick with the viewing and we got out there right away. He then suggested that I pick out several houses from a list he made for me that matched my likes and dislikes. This made me very happy :) At this point we decided to also use him for the sale of our home we were living in.
Over the span of about three months we viewed I would approximate at about 40 - 50 houses. Never did Corey seem irritated by us looking at so many houses and he made it clear that we should take our time because we had told him we were looking for our forever home. Also I am the kind of person who when I want something done, I want it done right away so I was pretty pushy with viewing times (I could dive the most sane man insane except for the exception of Corey) We also sold our house quickly and smoothly.
We now have our forever home that we will grow old together in, and in thirty years be sitting on our porch together shaking our fists at all those little hooligans running around.
I would suggest Corey to anyone looking to have an enjoyable experience with purchasing their home.
Thank you so much Corey for all your help and continued help after the sale and purchase.
