We are looking for a house in Ottawa and requested a showing from Cori Kugler to show us one of her listings. She refused to show us the property without signing a dual representation agreement with her first. How unprofessional! Agents like this give your industry a poor name. She should have at least met with the client first, built a relationship before sending paperwork. Poor way of doing business. Very disappointing. Stay away from this agent!
