Cory helped us buy this vacation property at pacific shores in Nanoose bay. The market had been going up quite a bit for the past year and there was only a few of these left for sale but the prices hadn’t changed. We were able to purchase this and shortly after they were selling for 100k more. We love this property, we stay here when we have time and airbnb it when we aren’t there.
