Cory quite simply did everything right for us, and then some. Though we did visit the home in person with him (twice), we were in another province on the day that the bids were due. He handled the bidding from a (great) distance for us and then also took care of the closing arrangements while we were still outside of Manitoba. On that date, Cory went in our stead to take possession of the home and he verified that everything was in check.
