I know everyone says they have a good realtor. But I find it hard to believe that their experiences were as good as ours. My wife and I met Cory Martin years ago through a friend. He helped us buy our first property, which we lived in for 12 years, then helped us sell it, to upgrade to a bigger home for our family. Spending any time at all with Cory you WILL notice the following: Hardworking: This man works incredibly hard, to the point you almost feel bad that you are using up so much of his time. He is always available, or getting back to you asap. Making trips out to show you properties, and taking time to talk things out with you (even if he's on a family vacation). The time he has put in with us was SO appreciated. Knowledgable: Not only has Cory been doing this a long time, to where his knowledge of the real estate process is clearly evident, but his knowledge on homes was even more impressive. When you're walking through properties he notices EVERYTHING, from big to small, it's kinda like having a home inspector with you at the same time. He then communicates this to you, which leads into his best quality..... Honesty: It's so apparent, that the only thing Cory wanted during our time with him, was to make us happy and feel good. His honesty was much appreciated. It's never about buying, or selling, or doing things quick. It was always about what was best for our family, no matter how long things took, or turned out. Our real estate journey for sure had its share of challenges/worries. But through honesty, and good communication this man was able to put out those fires and put us at ease. I can't say this enough, we would HIGHLY recommend Cory Martin and the Martin Group for your real estate journey. Who knows what the future has in store for us, but if we decide to buy/sell again in the future we feel amazing knowing we have him.
