Cory took the time to educate me on how to properly list my home (i.e.. staging, what to fix up before putting on the market and what to price my home for based on recently sold comparable 's). I took his advice on everything and my home sold in 1 day for 99% asking price. I would highly recommend Cory and would use him to sell my home again.
