We highly recommend Craig. At our first meeting with Craig he showed us every comparable property listed in our area. Then he showed us the ones that recently sold. We were then able to make a decision on what we could expect. He showed us a sample of his impressive brochures and drone pictures, pointing out all the features and amenities in the neighbourhood. He did an excellent job of staging the house and attended every open house. He was also present at every showing by other agents. He attended all inspections and repair estimates to make sure everything was correct and covered and got back to us if there were any questions. He was always available at a minuets notice any time of the day. His office assistants Kaily and Jan-Delle were also very helpful. Craig went beyond what we had expected.
