Craig Toker is an extremely professional hard working and approachable realtor. He was most successful in presenting and selling our home. He has an excellent team of stager and support people. The fact that he had equipment we could borrow was handy (e.g. pressure washer, lawn mower). We had never sold a house before and he was informative in his explanations and tolerant of our questions and repeating of the same question. We appreciated that he promptly returned our phone calls, kept us aware of showings, open houses and issues; this was particularly reassuring as we had moved out of province and left things in his hands. He is very knowledgeable about home construction and has many useful contacts with crafts people and was able to get economical contractors to help us quickly. He was not afraid to chip in and get his hands dirty even helping with some yard work after we had left. He was accommodating, understanding and truly cared. Many hours of work, problem solving and attention to detail; definitely went the extra mile and was excellent value for money.
