Craig showed extensive knowledge of the Victoria area, its quirks and what buyers were after. He has an intuition about what makes a property look its best and doesn't hesitate to spend the extra time and effort to get the details right. We asked for a specific list of tasks to brighten up our home which he obliged. He knows how to strategize a sale, and how to keep up interest in a high interest rate, buyer's market. We are very happy with Craig and his team.
