She made the stressful and overwhelming situation of buying/selling a much easier process and very reliable. She has strong market knowledge and showed us a table she created after researching prices on neighboring, comparable homes and also the market trends. We were able to sell our property fairly quickly during a low selling market while another unit in the same complex had been listed for many months. She also fought for our best interest and got us a good deal when purchasing, and shared some suggestions/strategies and great negotiating skills. She is open and efficient with her communication, prompt with replies, and made herself available to our schedule. She even kept in touch with us while she was out of town and made sure another agent was available if we needed while she was away. She is transparent and honest, very genuine and caring, does not pressure you just to make a sale. She is also very detailed orientated as she had reminded our inspector to check a few details before he left. She had contacts for notary and inspectors available when we asked for suggestions that we considered and used. She even went above and beyond to drop off the mail to my new property I purchased when I had forgotten to pickup mail from my previously sold home. I highly recommend Crystal (and have already) as she is very reliable, honest, dedicated, and made the whole process feel much easier.
