From advising on and organising preparation of the interior prior to putting it on the market to negotiating on price snd then attending the final legal meeting to sign the sale contract. Her support was always knowledgable and swift, it was a pleasure working with her. This was a challenging sale as we were in the UK, do not speak French and the legal contexts were complicated. Cynthia was always reassuring and went above and beyond to support us in finding a buyer, and then dealing with the sellers notary who was not the easiest person to communicate with.
