We bought our first home with Cynthia 10 years ago. Everything I read before buying said things like “don’t expect your first home to be your dream home”. But with Cynthia’s help we did find our dream home. Cynthia gave us so much care and time. I know she had other clients but she made us feel like we were the only ones who mattered. When it came time to close (as we were home-buying virgins) Cynthia helped us every step of the way. Explaining everything and getting us a great deal. Even after we closed she was helping us solve problems; “who do you recommend to fix that bit of siding?”… “do you know a good roofer” Cynthia knows everyone! I know that if I messaged her tomorrow with a question she would still be there for us. Her and her team STILL send us cookies every year at Christmas and cards on our birthdays. Always with a personalized note asking about our family. I cannot recommend Cynthia Charron and her team enough! She made the house buying processes so easy and she is still supporting us a decade later.
