We raised wonderful 4 children in this house so we always knew it would be difficult to leave. Cynthia and Pierre understood this, and took most of the stress out of selling our home. They really know the market, both local and further afield. They guided us through the entire process, from our initial meeting to getting the house ready for pictures, viewing, the offer, house inspection and then finally the sales agreement. Cynthia responded quickly to all of questions and kept us updated with texts, emails and regular phone calls. The Charron team did an excellent job marketing our house, complete with drone pictures/video, a 3-D walk through as well as extensive photography, both inside and out, including the gardens and mature trees. They really captured the character of our property. We had one viewing day, only one, and received an offer that evening. Cynthia, Pierre and their team deserve most of the credit. They are the best realtors we’ve ever worked with, and we would again, without hesitation. We are grateful.
