Since the 1960’s, I bought and sold several houses, especially in Moncton and Fredericton. I had to get services from a realtor. In several cases, the realtor, before letting me describe the house, would start by telling me that my house was in competition with other houses in the neighborhood. Of course, they make more money by selling more houses! But the reason I hire a realtor is to get the best price possible, and about 2 months ago, I was lucky to find The Dynamic Duo, Cynthia and Pierre Charron of RE/MAX. I was amazed by their positive and encouraging attitude. They followed me throughout and around the house while I explained the various features of a house I had designed in 2000. They asked many questions regarding security or energetic features and did not hesitate to recognize the value of my house.  As I was moving to an apartment, it took me more time than expected to fill the requirements, but every time I called or emailed them, they were always very present and helpful.
