I am so happy I stumbled across one of Cynthia's listings. I didn't buy that house but I knew right way she was the right realtor to deal with. She proved to be an incredible help to me during my relocation from Ontario to New Brunswick during COVID.  Not only did she provide excellent real estate advice, but she went above and beyond to ensure my move went as smoothly as possible during these difficult times.  From the onset, nothing I asked was too much trouble.  Cynthia made multiple trips to the house to take videos for me and answered any questions I had about the property.  As I was purchasing the property "sight unseen" due to the quarantine restrictions in place, her help was invaluable.  She found me a great home inspector, executed the purchase documents promptly and even picked up groceries and delivered them to the house prior to my arrival.  The house she recommended turned out to be far better than even my high expectations.
