As first time sellers, my wife and I didn't know what exactly this experience would be like, but Cynthia (and Pierre!) were very personable, understanding, and relatable, and made it all quite painless! In a crazy market, they helped with the difficult question of pricing, and they did tremendous work presenting our house for the market. They were very relaxed and gave us plenty of time to ask questions in our initial meeting, and were very quick communicators when we needed to be in touch. We are so pleased with the work they did for us, and highly recommend them!
