And the results tell it all! We had a really good number of showings in the first 2 weeks of listing drawing some positive feedbacks from the potential buyers. She continually updated us during this whole process for which we truly appreciate. We received multiple offers just after 2 weeks of listing. Mind you, this is great in this struggling condo market where listings are being terminated left and right and very few sales are happening. Although the offers were lower than our asking price, she really worked hard in negotiating the best sale price for us. Trust me, this was not an easy task as buyers are quite hesitant to purchase at this time, let alone spend more money on a property. But she got it done!
