Cynthia and her team exceeded my expectations every step of the way to secure a new tenant on a tight deadline - and, at an amount above market value! She continuously kept me updated, as well as the existing tenants, on where we were at in the process and made it appear seamless and stress free. With summer being a popular time to move I was worried it would be too competitive to find a new tenant but she did and completed a thorough background check with employers and financial institutions.
