We are return clients of Cynthia’s. We are challenging clients. During our first house hunt, we were looking for value for the dollar in the midst of the house price boom. We were not looking at any specific area. There was a lot of traveling done until we found our home in Simcoe Country. After enjoying our home for 3+ years, it was time to come back to the city. Knowing it was outside Cynthia’s area, we reached out to her. She gladly accepted us as clients, did her research and learned how thing worked in our region. She noticed all the changes we made. The market was slower moving but we got it sold. Between Jennifer and Cynthia, we never felt like we were not top of mind. Routine check-ins during and after house sale. Adapting to our needs. Cynthia continues to keep in touch with us with news letters, gathering events, etc. We enjoy the National Home Show tickets. Cynthia and Jennifer got to know us and treated us accordingly. This is above and beyond. It was obvious that Cynthia worked based on what was best for us and not about her payout. We ended up buying a new build. She supported us even though she may not get any payout.
